The 1/4″ thick PNO steel plate is precision CNC cut.
Our heavy-wall tubing is a superior load-bearing member which ensures maximum stability.
HBS uses OEM style Grade 8 welded in studs.
Our robotic pulse-welding process produces an aerospace grade weld that produces ideal penetration and consistent quality. This offers a much better weld than the short arc weld found on similar products. The spacer is welded all the way around on the outside diameter of the tubing, rather than being skip welded by hand on the inside. There is no chance of the welds interfering with the shock in any way. Take a look at the close-up pictures to see the quality of our welds.
The powder coating finish has been specially formulated for this product application. Paint just won’t cut it!
OEM Grade 8 top lock flange nuts are included with every kit to ensure the proper torque specification can be met on install and maintained over time.

The Hell Bent Spacers are very well built. Installed with the help of a buddy who has done this a few times in less than an hour. There was a noticeable vibration in the driveline afterward, especially at low speeds and 285s still would not fit without different rims or wheel spacers. They have been on my truck for about 6 months now. I have installed a diff drop and carrier bearing drop to try to get rid of the vibration, but it is only slightly less noticeable.

I put the kit on myself and had no problems. For the price of the kit it is well worth it.

I purchased these and I have to say what an easy install. much better than the thick spacers others use. They don’t stiffin up your ride like the spacers do..

I had kit installed by my local shop, also had front end aligned for under $200. My Tacoma looks great and rides smoother on the highway and more clearance for the back roads! 32″ tires- Hell Bent and ready to rock!
