Item Return Procedures

• In the event that you decide to return a Hell Bent Steel product, you must complete all of the following steps:
• You must notify us of your desire to return the item by calling 877.318.5589 no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the item. During your call, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• You may then return the product, and we will refund your money in the manner it was received. Restocking fees will apply (up to 20% of purchase price). Original shipping fees are not subject to refunds. Your returned item must include the RMA number, a copy of the original receipt of payment, your name, address and telephone number, and a written explanation of the reason for the return. Failure to include all required information with your return voids this money back guarantee.

• A refund, less restocking fee, will be issued in the same manner in which payment was received. Once a returned item is received, refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Once the refund is issued by Hell Bent Steel, processing times will depend on your financial institution.
